GM Fabiano Caruana showcased how one can take full advantage of a weak colour complex in the opponent's position.
Most of the black pawns are blocked by the white pieces, so the black queen is cut out of the defence around the king. In addition to that, all the pawns near Black's king are on the dark squares leading to weaknesses on the light squares. This is why Ba6!! works in this position as it is setting up checkmate on b7, with the white queen. If Black tries to escape, taking the bishop on a6, the white queen deliveres checkmate on a8.
