Giveaway policy

Official Rules for the Poster Giveaway

The giveaway is open to legal residents of any country, who are at least 12 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, agents, or affiliates of Chess Moments, along with immediate family members and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.
The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

The giveaway is sponsored by Chess moments, located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 ("Sponsor").

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.
In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Chess Moments as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

The giveaway begins on the 23rd of September 2024 at 23:00 CET and ends on the 28th of September 2024 at 23:00 CET. Entries received before or after this period will not be considered.

Participants may enter the giveaway by following the steps that can be found in the dedicated Instagram post. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Multiple entries from the same individual are not allowed.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Chess Moments.

Each of the 2 winners will receive an A4 sized framed poster of their choice. The specific A4 sized frmaed poster product and it's style are set by the winner and are subject to discussion after the draw.
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the sponsor’s discretion.
All taxes, fees, and expenses related to the prize, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Chess moments.
Winners will be notified via Instagram message within 1 day following the winner selection.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering this giveaway, the entrant grants Chess Moments the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants agree that all submitted content is original, does not infringe upon any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights, and does not violate any laws.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Chess Moments, its affiliates, and its agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Chess Moments is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, stolen, or incomplete due to computer or technical errors.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Estonia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Estonia.
